Manor. His academic background includes Masters Degrees from Syracuse University and the State University of New York.
He holds a Graduate Degree in Accounting from Syracuse University, a Law Degree from Fordham University and a Graduate Law
Degree from New York University.
Professional affiliations
include being an active Member of the Board of Directors of the Rhode Island Health Care Association and a Member of
the American College of Health Care Administrators. Professor Talwar is involved in every aspect of Briarcliffe Manor
and is very proud of Briarcliffe's excellent reputation in the community.
